Playa Resorts has ample experience hosting South Asian weddings with Shaadi Destinations - our couples have pointed to the top-notch service experience throughout the property as a differentiator during site inspections and even more so during the wedding week.
Resorts within the Playa Resorts brand have partnered with great South Asian vendors to make sure all the bases are covered including food, decor, mehndi, hair and makeup, dhol, and more.

A LA CARTE EVENTS AND BONUS EVENT

Rather than offering a set South Asian wedding package, Playa Resorts allows couples to work with the complimentary on-site coordinators to create the a la carte package that meets their needs best. Events are priced per person per event and generally include Indian meals, open bar, and service. In addition, the set per person price includes a set-up of the venue - from round tables to white linens and white chairs.

Shaadi Destinations has teamed up with Hyatt Ziva in Cancun to additionally offer a Bonus Event to Shaadi Destinations couples! This Bonus Event will lower your overall food and beverage pricing per event on average as the first night will be substantially discounted! Additional incentives have been arranged with most of the hotels within the Playa Resorts brand, so don’t hesitate to inquire!

Hyatt Ziva Cancun, Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana, and Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana also now feature Indian chefs on-property who can work to please your culinary senses without the hassle of having to fly in your own chef or cater locally! In addition, the properties in Cap Cana which just opened in 2020 feature an Indian restaurant on-property that is included in the cost of the all-inclusive stay for guests to enjoy during the restaurant’s hours of operation.
