Group Booking details
Tanisha and Shravan have secured discounted group rates for guests of their wedding! Reservations MUST be made through the couple’s contracted wedding block by September 15, 2025 to complete the RSVP process and attend wedding events. Reservations made directly with the resort, via online travel agencies such as Expedia or Hotels.com, or via a third party travel agency will not meet the venue’s requirements to complete the RSVP process. We appreciate your abidance and understanding of the destination wedding processes and procedures in place.
While there is a 3 night minimum, most guests choose to add nights at the discounted rate before and after the wedding in order to enjoy the incredible resort with friends and family. Please feel free to take advantage of this rate from Tuesday, December 16, 2025-Tuesday, December 23, 2025. Kindly note the nights before December 17 and after December 21 are subject to availability.
Rates
The first two guests regardless of age are charged as adults; Must book using discounted group rates to attend wedding events; 3 night minimum required; A 33 MXN peso/night (~$2.00 USD) environmental tax is charged at check out, subject to change.
Kids & Teens Free Promo: valid for kids and teens 17 years old and under, sharing a room with a full paying adult. Limited to 2 children/teenagers per room.
Rate Examples
2 Adults in a Superior Deluxe Garden View room from December 17-21, 2025 would be $487 x 4 nights = $1,948 inclusive of tax and fees.
2 Adults + 2 Children in Superior Deluxe Garden View from December 17-21, 2025 would be ($487+ $0 + $0) x 4 nights = $1,948 inclusive of tax and fees.
Payment and Cancellation Policy
Reservations will be charged 30 days before arrival
Cancellation prior to December 3, 2025 will be subject to a full refund; no penalties
Cancellation after December 3, 2025 will be non refundable; subject to full penalty
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is optional but recommended. Shaadi Destinations currently offers a Cancel Anytime insurance product that will be made available for purchase within 14 days of the date you are charged for your room. The Cancel Anytime plan allows for 100% refunds of the non-refundable amount for cancellations due to covered reasons or 80% refunds of the non-refundable amount for cancellations due to most other reasons (for example - no longer wanting to travel). The link and instructions to purchase this plan will be provided by email along with your invoice during the charge window. Terms and conditions are subject to change by the insurance company until the plan is purchased.

Airport Transfers
Roundtrip airport transportation is complimentary with a minimum stay of 4+ night stay to and from Moon Palace Cancun and Cancun International Airport (CUN).
Guests staying 3 nights can still request transfers but will be charged $27 per person, for roundtrip transfers or $17 per person for one way transfers that will be billed to your room on property (rates are controlled by Moon Palace and subject to changes upon arrival).
Please fill out one flight information form for each itinerary; if multiple guests are on the same flights round-trip, feel free to fill out just one form.
Flights must be submitted 1 month prior to travel - we will not be able to arrange transfers for guests submitting information after this date.

Travel to Mexico requires valid passports, even for US Citizens. Please ensure that your passport expires more than 6 months from the date of entry into Mexico. Mexico has no visa requirement for US Citizens, but you will be asked to fill out a FMM form (Mexico's visitor permit) on the plane or once you land. Once you get to immigration and customs at Cancún airport, the agents will give you the bottom half to retain until you leave the country. It is VERY important to keep this secure until you leave Mexico.

Check-in time is at 3pm and check-out time is at 12pm. Reservations made through Shaadi Destinations will be given priority on early check-in times as we will make requests directly with resort management. Early check-in is not guaranteed, but the resort will do their best.

While most destination wedding guests choose to stay 5-7 nights when flying to Mexico, we understand there may be certain limiting factors. Unfortunately, group discounts are only valid on a minimum of 3 night stays.
