DISCOUNTED ROOM BLOCK
We have secured discounted group rates for guests of our wedding! Reservations must be made using our group block in order to RSVP.
Please make your reservations by November 15, 2024, so we can plan for your attendance of events.
Guests choose to add nights before and after the wedding in order to enjoy the incredible resort with friends and family. Please feel free to take advantage of this rate from Tuesday, May 6, 2025-Tuesday, May 13, 2025.
These rooms are available on a first come-first serve basis and should be requested as soon as possible to maximize the chance if extending your stay. For anyone who would like to stay past these dates, please reach out to Shaadi Destinations directly at support@shaadidestinations.com and they’ll be happy to check availability.
Guests booked within the group block will receive a $50 spa credit per adult, per day!

TRAVEL INSURANCE
Travel insurance is optional but recommended. Shaadi Destinations currently offers a Cancel Anytime insurance product that will be made available for purchase within 14 days of the date you are charged for your room. The Cancel Anytime plan allows for 100% refunds of the non-refundable amount for cancellations due to covered reasons or 80% refunds of the non-refundable amount for cancellations due to most other reasons (for example - no longer wanting to travel). The link and instructions to purchase this plan will be provided by email along with your invoice during the charge window. Terms and conditions are subject to change by the insurance company until the plan is purchased.

Frequently Asked Questions
What are the visa and/or passport requirements for Mexico?
Travel to Mexico requires valid passports, even for US Citizens. Please ensure that your passport expires 6 months from the date of entry into Mexico. Mexico has no visa requirement for US Citizens, but you will be asked to fill out a FMM form (Mexico's visitor permit) on the plane or once you land. Once you get to immigration and customs at Puerto Vallarta airport, the agents will give you the bottom half to retain until you leave the country. It is VERY important to keep this secure until you leave Mexico.
Indian Citizens will need to obtain a tourist visa unless they have a valid US Visa or are permanent residents of Canada, UK, or Japan. Please verify requirements before travel, you can find specific requirements here.

Is there transportation available between Puerto Vallarta International Airport and the resort?
The host families are providing roundtrip airport transportation from Puerto Vallarta Airport (PVR) to the hotel and back. Please submit your information no later than 1 month prior to arrival into Puerto Vallarta.
What time is check-in and check-out at Grand Velas Riviera Nayarait?
Check-in time is at 3pm and check-out time is at 12pm. Reservations made through Shaadi Destinations will be given priority on early check-in times as we will make requests directly with resort management. Early check-in is not guaranteed, but the resort will do their best.
Guests are welcome to stay on property all day the day of check-in and check-out. Bags will be stored with your butler staff when you don't have access to your room.
