• Reservations MUST be made using this form to complete RSVP and attend wedding events; reservations can not be made directly with the resort, via online travel agencies such as Expedia or Hotels.com.

• While there is a 2 night minimum stay required, most guests choose to add nights at the discounted rate before and after the wedding in order to enjoy the incredible resort with friends and family. Please feel free to take advantage of this rate from Tuesday, May 6, 2025-Tuesday, May 13, 2025.

• The host families are kindly contributing $100 dollars per person per night for the 3 event nights (May 8, 9, and 10) as a token of appreciation for your attendance. This will be deducted from the below group rates before you are charged.

• Room Total Cost can be found by multiplying number of guests x number of nights x nightly per person rate. For example, 2 adults in a Master Parlor Suite for 3 nights would be 2 adults x 3 nights x $450 Double Occupancy - ($300 host gift x 2 adults) = $2,100 all-inclusive of food, beverages, activities, taxes, and fees.
